Coumarin hydrazine is an aromatic hydrazine-containing fluorophores that reacts with aldehyde or ketones for fluorescent labeling.  At neutral pH, coumarin hydrazine reacts faster with aldhydes to form hydrazones than coumarin hydrazide.
